Conditions of free or voucher portraits

Without exception it is a condition and a requirement that all free images, gift or charity vouchers are subject to UK copyright. The agreement is that the client signs the issued copyright contract in order to receive free images or voucher portrait offers. Failing to sign forfeits any voucher or offer made.

Information about sizes:

300 dpi folders: The optimum resolution of these images is 300 dpi jpgs and the optimum print size is 9×6 inches. These images are not sized for anything else. Designed for one hour and instant print machines, it is the clients responsibility to resize for any other use. Higher resolution and larger sizes can be purchased from the studio mentioned above at any time within 12 months of the date purchased.

72 pc/96 mac dpi are Web folders: This is a copy of the above 300 dpi folder reduced to 72 or 96 dpi jpg format.  Ideal for web use.

Digital Neg (dng) – Archive Original Master Negatives (Hasselblad  or Canon camera raw Files) can be purchased under a separate 99 year licence. (negotiated terms).
